Job summary

Core One, based in McLean, VA, seeks an experienced intelligence professional to support national security objectives. You will leverage classified and open-source databases to identify and develop targeting leads, producing detailed packages and reports for operational use.

Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, validating intelligence gaps, and coordinating with sponsor components to drive mission execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience identifying and validating threat targets across multiple mission Areas of Responsibility (AORs) through all-source target analysis using IC tools, databases, and methodologies.
• Minimum of three years using Intelligence Community targeting tools to support operational planning and missions.
• Proven ability to communicate targeting results through comprehensive reports and packages.
• Experience supplying actionable intelligence and tailored targeting solutions to meet mission requirements.
• Experience using sponsor messaging systems for coordination and information sharing.

Responsibilities

• Leverage classified and open-source databases to support collection and acquisition of foreign intelligence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary intelligence professionals to support high-priority objectives.
• Identify and develop targeting leads through analysis of databases.
• Assess counterintelligence concerns and drive operational activities through reports and packages.
• Review operational reporting to identify actionable intelligence leads.
• Develop comprehensive targeting packages aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate with sponsor components to address requirements and develop leads.
• Conduct research and database queries on items of operational interest and disseminate relevant intelligence.
