Job summary

Core One is seeking a highly capable intelligence analyst to support government missions from Charlottesville, VA. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and may involve deployment up to six months annually.

You will build and maintain intelligence databases, track RFIs, produce metrics, and deliver briefings to leadership. Responsibilities include cross-domain data transfers, disseminating mission data, and producing dashboards and reports to inform decision makers.

Qualifications

• Possess in-depth knowledge of intelligence production, analytic support, data management and mission support.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analytic tradecraft to improve processes and production.
• Develop novel research approaches to support high-priority mission objectives.
• Independently plan and execute analytic and support activities with minimal supervision.
• Review intelligence products for accuracy, completeness and defensible conclusions.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, scientists and stakeholders to maintain objectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, scientists, and mission personnel.
• Build, maintain and manage intelligence databases for collection, tracking and dissemination.
• Monitor and evaluate intelligence reports to identify updates and trends.
• Receive, track and coordinate RFIs, ensuring timely completion within timelines.
• Develop and report program metrics to measure workload and mission performance.
• Support cross-domain data transfer and information dissemination across environments.
• Support data transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet per security controls.
• Develop metrics, visuals and dashboards to support production management.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and mission products to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate timely information sharing and resolution of requirements.
