Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Unit Support Readiness Analyst to provide unit and force-level intelligence support for ACC units. You will leverage analytics, TTPs, and databases to identify readiness gaps and deliver data-driven assessments for peacetime and wartime operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in intelligence operations with ACE experience, strong coordination across multiple organizations, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Proficient with unit readiness analytic tools, TTPs, databases and web-enabled systems.
• Strong knowledge of Air Force intelligence operations and readiness assessment processes.
• Able to identify trends, conduct pattern analysis and develop actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide unit and force-level intelligence support to ACC units using analytic tools, TTPs and databases.
• Identify trends and conduct pattern analysis related to unit readiness.
• Coordinate staff input, compile data and deliver readiness assessments and wartime support analysis.
• Track ULI readiness and support ACE alignment with ACE.
• Analyze DoD policy and program documents for accuracy and completeness during readiness assessments.
• Lead staff visits and readiness assessments; submit AARs within five duty days.
• Lead unit-specific readiness assessments via on-site visits and virtual coordination.
• Perform trend analysis on IG inspection data and unit self-assessments.
• Maintain situational awareness of unit issues and provide intelligence updates for A2 platforms.
• Support ACE CONEMP updates and AFFORGEN phases alignment.
• Coordinate with SIOs and SELs on UFRs and FoJ funding.
• Track and manage after-action items and facilitate team coordination via EPMS.
• Participate in ULI Targeting Forums and GEOINT meetings.
