Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge seeks a Senior Unit Readiness Analyst with a strong background in analysis, process improvement, and statistics for intelligence-related activities. This government contract position is restricted to U.S.

citizens or legal permanent residents who must provide verification. Responsibilities include supporting process improvement, metrics development, and data-driven reporting for INSCOM units, with close coordination with the G37 TREX Director and Unit Readiness branch

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Eight years of Army Military Intelligence experience, with recent experience.
• Experience with Army staffing actions (OPORD, EXORD, white papers).
• Knowledge of Unit Readiness Program Analyst activities.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement by analyzing internal program and external data.
• Identify risks and improvements by developing and monitoring metrics.
• Conduct statistical analysis on production, performance, and usage of services.
• Maintain records and ensure visualization/production activities are captured in the database.
• Provide ad hoc business analytics, process mapping, and stakeholder surveys.
• Collect and track unit readiness data and assist in reports and meetings.
• Assist leadership on unit readiness and compile reports as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
