Responsibilities

• Contribute technically and administratively to Intelligence Sensitive Program development within AFLCMC and address program intelligence requirements while assessing security and risk factors.
• Provide system engineering and technical analysis inputs to program decisions in support of major acquisitions.
• Identify AFLCMC PEO programs with Intelligence/ISR sensitivity and advise stakeholders.
• Review, tailor, and analyze Threat Assessments, STARs, VOLTs, ISR dependencies, ISPs and IMDs.
• Support Adversary Cyber Threat Assessments (ACTA) and intelligence supportability analyses.

Abacus Technology is seeking an Acquisition Intelligence Specialist to support sensitive program development for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Contribute technically and administratively to Intelligence Sensitive Program development within AFLCMC and address specific program intelligence requirements while assessing the impact of technically advanced threat and security support issues to reduce program and operational risks.
• Acquisition Intelligence (AI) Support is provided to program efforts by teaming with program offices, product centers, and the Intelligence Community (IC) to provide system engineering and technical analysis level inputs in support of major acquisition decisions and in accordance with current acquisition guidelines.
• Identify AFLCMC PEO programs that have Intelligence/ISR sensitivity.
• Review, tailor, and analyze Threat Assessments, System Threat Analysis Reports (STARs), Validated On-Line Life-Cycle Threats (VOLTs), ISR dependencies and requirements, cross-program analyses, Information Support Plans (ISPs), and Intelligence Mission Data (IMD/LMDPs).
• Support technical Adversary Cyber Threat Assessments (ACTA) and technical Intelligence supportability analyses.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in acquisition intelligence including at least 3 years in a DoD environment. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements. Must have knowledge of DoD, USAF, AFLCMC and private-sector acquisition principles, guidance, Executive Orders, regulations and procedures sufficient to develop and provide guidance and expertise to program personnel within the supported Intelligence sensitive programs. Must be able to work closely with technical teams and government program managers with equal efficiency. Experience with MS Office. Must be highly motivated and assertive. Communication and organizational skills are critical. Must be a US citizen and hold a Top Secret clearance.
