Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Deputy Director for Global Integration Team Lead in Washington, DC. The role oversees staffing, financial management, and program reporting for a major intelligence contract, while supervising employees and subcontractors.

You will coordinate with the COTR and key customer decision-makers to maintain baseline performance and deliver tasks on schedule. Qualifications include TS/SCI with Poly, a related bachelor’s degree, and 10 years in the Defense Intelligence Enterprise

Qualifications

• Requires a Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
• Experience supervising or leading teams of intelligence officers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the contract, including staffing and financial management.
• Direct work of employees and subcontractors and mentor team members.
• Manage LOE and cost-reimbursable contracts; provide leadership to ensure baseline performance.
• Coordinate with the COTR and customer decision-makers to define tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare staffing plans and forecasts; potentially recruit and hire staff.
• Monitor contract performance; forecast program financials and deliver required reports.
