Job summary

UMMC's CIA-Honest Broker Team seeks an Intelligence Analyst Senior - Data Governance to transform complex clinical and operational data into strategic insights. You will lead the development of dashboards and reports in Epic BI and Qlik, mentor analysts, and ensure data quality and reliability across systems.

Collaborating with DIS staff and stakeholders, you’ll translate business requirements into technical specs, define KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of work experience in data intelligence analytics.
• Epic certification or accreditation within six months post-hire.
• Healthcare information systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Epic BI and visualization platforms.
• Mentor peers and provide ongoing support for skill development.
• Define KPIs with stakeholders and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and standardized reporting across systems.
• Collaborate with DIS staff, end users, and vendors to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Develop user guides and provide end-user training on analytics tools.
