Job summary

Lexington Medical Center seeks a senior technology leader to define, govern, and execute the organization's enterprise data and analytics strategy. You will own architecture, governance, lifecycle management, and evolution of the analytics ecosystem, including Epic Caboodle/Cogito, cloud and on‑premise infrastructure, and cross‑system reporting.

The role requires collaboration with clinical operations, finance, quality, revenue cycle, and population health leadership, with senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Information Services, or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare data, analytics, or business intelligence experience.
• Epic Caboodle and/or Cogito certifications strongly preferred; willingness to obtain required certifications.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; familiarity with ETL and enterprise data integration; experience with enterprise BI tools (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise data and BI strategy aligned with clinical, operational, and organizational goals.
• Establish Epic Caboodle as the analytics foundation with a roadmap for cloud and external data ingestion.
• Develop a multi-year technology roadmap balancing cloud, on-premise infra, and Epic maturity.
• Design and implement a formal data governance framework with data dictionaries and ownership.
• Lead reporting infrastructure (Epic Reporting Workbench, RadarDashboards, Cogito/SlicerDicer, Power BI) and promote Radar adoption.
