Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of data analytics or information systems experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or finance.
• Epic certification or accreditation post-hire within 6 months: Clinical Data Model, Access Data Model or Revenue Data Model.
• Information systems and SQL reporting experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations within the Epic ecosystem using Epic BI tools and platforms like Qlik apps to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Utilize Epic data models to build and optimize queries, reports, and visualizations that meet business needs and comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze clinical, financial, operational, and patient care data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities; create automated reports delivering actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data, define KPIs, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Monitor data quality, validate results, and implement improved standards and methodologies to enhance data analysis and visualization; stay current with emerging technologies.
