Keystone Human Services seeks a full-time Advanced Program Specialist to lead and supervise the program team supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. You will coordinate assessments, help develop individualized support plans, and guide skill-building initiatives for the individuals we serve.

This role requires strong communication, solid computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree and one year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update comprehensive assessments for each individual.
• Collaborate with teams to create and monitor Individual Support Plans.
• Educate staff and monitor implementation of support strategies.
• Support teams during behavioral incidents, psychiatric hospitalizations, and skill training.
• Conduct effective team meetings and serve as point person for investigations.
• Ensure consistency and regulatory compliance of all clinical documents.
• Assist with licensing audits and required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory standards.
• Complete financial reconciliations and monitor program expenditures.
• Prepare program reports and statistical data.
• Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with supervisors, peers, and other employees.
• Seek and participate in professional development opportunities.
