Keystone Human Services seeks an Advanced Program Specialist to lead the program team supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Pennsylvania. You will coordinate assessments, develop individualized support plans, and guide skill-building initiatives while ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role involves collaborating across teams, supervising staff, managing incidents, and supporting licensing processes.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Ability to interpret and apply written information and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update comprehensive assessments for each individual.
• Collaborate with teams to create and monitor Individual Support Plans.
• Educate staff and monitor implementation of support strategies.
• Support teams during behavioral incidents, psychiatric hospitalizations, and skill training.
• Conduct effective team meetings and serve as point person for investigations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of all clinical documents.
• Assist with licensing audits and required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Prepare program reports and monitor expenditures.
