You will coordinate assessments, develop individualized support plans, and guide skill-building initiatives while ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role involves collaborating across teams, supervising staff, managing incidents, and supporting licensing processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update comprehensive assessments for each individual.
• Collaborate with teams to create and monitor Individual Support Plans.
• Educate staff and monitor implementation of support strategies.
• Support teams during behavioral incidents, psychiatric hospitalizations, and skill training.
• Conduct effective team meetings and serve as point person for investigations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of all clinical documents.
• Assist with licensing audits and required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Prepare program reports and monitor expenditures.

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Advanced Program Specialist to join our team in supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As an Advanced Program Specialist, you will provide leadership and supervision to the program team, coordinate and implement assessments, assist in the development of individualized support plans, and guide skill building initiatives for the individuals we serve.Advanced Program Specialists earn $26.50 per hour and have access to a competitive benefits package.
