Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support staff and individuals in assigned programs. The role includes coordinating, developing, and implementing individual assessments, ISPs, and education/skill development for individuals and the team.

Strong written and oral communication, a relevant degree with experience, and a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License are required; a valid driver’s license is also needed. Competitive benefits and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years' direct experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree or higher and one year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement of individual assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for individuals and the support team.
• Oversee program activities and contribute to life skills education and team development.
