Recruiting from Scratch is representing a profitable, fast-growing healthcare infrastructure startup seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Integrations. You will design and maintain integrations with ERP systems and data sources, build scalable backend systems, and drive data pipelines across healthcare environments.

This fully remote US-based role offers $140k–$180k base salary plus a 10–20% bonus, strong ownership culture, opportunities for technical leadership, and the chance to impact

Qualifications

4+ years of software engineering experience, backend focus, integrations, or data-intensive applications.
Strong Python and SQL skills with large datasets.
Experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows or enterprise data systems.
Ability to translate customer requirements into reliable systems.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain integrations between the platform and customer ERP systems and other data sources.
Develop scalable backend systems and data pipelines for large datasets.
Build tooling to reduce onboarding time and operational overhead.
Collaborate with customer tech teams to scope requirements and deliver solutions.
Contribute to architecture discussions, CI/CD workflows, and engineering best practices.
