Job summary

Axon is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead integration projects for public safety partners. You will collaborate with clients and project teams to architect and deliver integrations that provide meaningful value, guiding technical scoping and system analysis.

This role is hybrid in-office with travel and reports to the Manager, Solutions Architect. You will manage technical projects, engage with leadership, and drive deployments across cloud and on-prem environments while maintaining CJIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in analyzing and developing technical systems and software solutions.
• Expert networking knowledge and experience managing technical projects, implementations, and integrations.
• Expert-level understanding of Linux frameworks and containerization (Docker).
• Advanced understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with IT Security Reviews and Architecture Review Boards.
• Strong API experience with REST and SOAP; SQL, Python, and cloud skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing solutions architecture and integration delivery.
• Architect and scope technical projects, document capabilities and requirements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and agencies to meet goals.
• Manage projects remotely and on-site, ensuring CJIS and security compliance.
• Write code to leverage API capabilities and automate deployment tasks.
• Communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify integration opportunities across cloud and on-prem systems.
