Job summary

Programming.com seeks an experienced Integration Engineer / Architect to design and support enterprise integrations across key business systems. The role focuses on building integrations using iPaaS tools like Workato or Dell Boomi and connecting NetSuite, Salesforce, and other ERP/CRM platforms.

You will develop and support REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON/XML), while enabling Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash workflows and ensuring robust monitoring and data synchronization

Qualifications

• Design and build integrations across enterprise systems.
• Experience with iPaaS tools (Workato, Dell Boomi) and major ERP/CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with ERP/CRM integrations, billing, QTC/OTC, and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations using Workato, Dell Boomi, or similar iPaaS tools.
• Integrate NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Coupa, ERP, CRM, Billing, and Finance systems.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and data integrations.
• Support Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash and CRM-to-ERP workflows.
• Handle integration monitoring, troubleshooting, error handling, and data synchronization.
• Work with business and technical teams to define integration requirements and architecture.
