Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks an Integration & Test Engineer Senior with a TS/SCI clearance to support a high-profile Air Force program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

The role centers on planning, executing, and documenting Developmental and Operational Testing of tactical C2 systems, co-located with the customer workspace. The successful candidate will lead an Integrated Test Team, develop TEMP/DT-OT plans, oversee DT/OT activities, and produce test reports.

Competenze

• 14-20+ years of engineering experience with focus on developmental/test (DT/OT).
• Knowledge of DoD T&E policies, practices, procedures.
• Experience writing/translating test documents such as TEMP, DT/OT plans.
• Experience with ACAT I/II acquisition programs desirable.
• Familiarity with military communication systems, DoD standards & regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication and ability to translate client needs into specs.
• Ability to independently execute, lead, and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Stand up Integrated Test Team (ITT) Charter for developing/testing strategy, TEMP, and documentation.
• Assist in developing T&E Strategy integrating policy, requirements, estimates, evaluation framework, and schedule.
• Plan, manage, and oversee DT/OT activities; coordinate with Contractor and PTO teams.
• Document test activities; write reports; analyze data; provide recommendations to Lead Engineer.
• Support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing; live-fire testing in operational env.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to achieve common goals.
• Communicate effectively with leadership about test results and implications.
