Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant scientific or technical discipline with 2–5 years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance required with SCI and SAP eligibility.
• Experience leading test management and coordinating across teams.
• Experience with DoD/AF acquisition documentation preferred.
• Ability to manage classified information securely.

Responsibilities

• Advise project leads and engineers on test engineering for highly technical program office efforts.
• Contribute to test planning groups and day-to-day interactions with government and industry teams.
• Develop and execute program test activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Derive system/sub-system requirements with traceability to program objectives.
• Perform systems engineering trade studies and end-to-end performance evaluation.
• Contribute to lab infrastructure development to meet test capability needs.
