Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Senior Test Engineer in Dayton, OH. The role involves supporting the PEO C3BM customer for Developmental and Operational Testing of tactical command and control systems. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute testing.

Ideal candidates have minimum 15 years of relevant engineering experience, possess DoD T&E knowledge, and hold a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. A B.S. in engineering is required, and a Master’s degree is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience, focusing on developmental test or operational test.
• Knowledge of DoD T&E policies, practices, procedures.
• Experience in writing/translating test documents such as TEMP, DT/OT plans.

Responsibilities

• Stand up Integrated Test Team Charter for developing T&E strategy.
• Document test activities, analyze data, make recommendations.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
