Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Test Engineer - Sr. Principal in Dayton, OH. This role involves supporting the PEO C3BM customer, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute and document Developmental Testing (DT) and Operational Testing (OT).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of engineering experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with DoD testing policies. A B.S. degree in a technical field is required, and a Master’s degree is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience focusing on DT/OT.
• Experience in writing/translating test documents like TEMP.
• Familiarity with military communication systems and DoD standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the T&E Strategy, TEMP, and documentation.
• Coordinate planning and oversight of DT/OT activities.
• Support HIL and SIL testing and live fire testing.
