Job summary

A leading tech solutions company is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer with a TS/SCI clearance to support a high-profile Air Force program. Responsibilities include developing and managing the T&E Strategy, overseeing test activities, and documenting test results. Candidates should have 14-20 years of engineering experience, a Master’s degree in a technical field, and demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills. This position is primarily on-site at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (DC) or Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (OH).

Qualifications

• 14-20+ years of engineering experience focusing on developmental test or operational test.
• Knowledge of DoD T&E policies, practices, and procedures.
• Experience writing test documents such as TEMP, DT/OT plans.

Responsibilities

• Stand up Integrated Test Team Charter for T&E Strategy and TEMP development.
• Assist in developing T&E Strategy integrating policy and program requirements.
• Document test activities including writing reports and analyzing data.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to coordinate with internal and external organizations

Knowledge of Government policies and DoD standards

Specialized knowledge in tactical sensors

Education

Master’s degree in engineering or technical discipline
