ADP, Inc. seeks a Senior Integration Service Consultant in our Roseland, NJ location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create complex tickets of global/regional scope in our service tool (Siebel), following guidance from the Global Integration Architect (GIA).
• Monitor system integration errors and support clients to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain client systems at a global/regional level, including configuration changes across countries.
• Develop test cases and coordinate regression testing with the Global Testing Team (GTT).
• Keep client documentation up to date.
• Assist GIA in estimating effort and costs for Customer Change Requests (CCR) and regional/global implementation activities.
• Coordinate internal technical communication across regions with local support teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, with five (5) years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with two (2) years of experience.
• Experience with Integration tools and technologies such as SF, CPI, WD, OR, API.
• Experience in end-to-end data testing, debugging, middleware configuration, troubleshooting, and technical requirement gathering.
• Support team coordination experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $61,800 - $165,330 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, disability coverage, charitable matching, paid time off, and more.
