Job summary

PCI Pal is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design and deliver complex customer integrations across web, API, and payment platforms. You will own the technical discovery, solution design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare, while guiding other engineers and improving delivery quality.

The role requires strong API integration experience, C#/.NET, AWS, and knowledge of PCI DSS, with a collaborative approach across PM, CS, Pre-Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience with API integrations, authentication, data exchange.
• Strong programming fundamentals and integration principles.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Ability to own complex integrations end-to-end across projects.
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, PSPs, and PCI DSS.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive technical ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare for customer integrations.
• Design and troubleshoot API, web, payment, and platform integrations and dependencies.
• Improve delivery quality through peer reviews, documentation, and standards.
• Drive process improvements via standardization, automation, and reusable solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Sales/Pre-Sales, CS, Support, Product, and Engineering on scope and challenges.
