Job summary

Capital One is seeking an Integration Engineer 4 to shape how clients experience our payment network systems and brands. You will lead cross‑functional integration efforts across Salesforce CRM, Google Cloud, and other enterprise platforms, driving scalable, reliable interfaces for a global B2B ecosystem.

You will work with product owners to define capabilities, improve engineering practices, and mentor teammates while delivering robust, scalable integration solutions across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years designing cross‑platform or cloud integrations.
• 3+ years automating system configuration or data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to understand required capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Improve software engineering practices continuously.
• Design, develop, test, implement and support full‑stack integration solutions across multiple tools and technologies.
• Lead craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of solutions.
• Mentor other engineers and stay current with tech trends and communities.
• Define integration standards, patterns and best practices for multiple teams.
