Job summary

Capital One seeks an Integration Engineer to join the Global Payment Network within the Partner Experience Tech organization. You will define, deliver, and operate technology solutions across systems and APIs to power payment networks for clients globally.

You’ll lead design, implementation, and optimization of complex integrations (Salesforce CRM, Google Cloud) and collaborate with software, data, and infra teams to ensure high performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 4 years of experience designing and maintaining cross‑platform or cloud integrations.
• At least 3 years of experience automating system configuration or data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios with product owners.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices.
• Design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies.
• Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of your solutions.
• Mentor other engineers and stay ahead of tech trends.
