Job summary

PCI Pal in the United States is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design and deliver integration solutions, combining web and API experience with telephony and payment service provider interactions.

You’ll lead technical discovery, own complex integrations end-to-end, mentor others, and help improve delivery processes across the team, while collaborating with PM, CS, Pre-Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with API integrations across authentication and data exchange.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON and XML.
• Solid grasp of core programming and integration principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, design, build, test, go-live and hypercare for customer integrations.
• Own complex API, web, payment, and platform integrations end-to-end.
• Improve delivery quality through peer reviews and standardization.
• Drive continuous improvement via reusable solutions and automation.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Sales/Pre-Sales, CS, Support, Product and Engineering.
• Mentor and support other Integration Engineers.
