Job summary

SunStrong Management seeks a relationship-driven Account Manager to own client onboarding and integration. You sit with client teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth setup from kickoff to handoff.

You’ll track milestones, communicate clearly with all stakeholders, and partner with Program Managers to secure successful closes while continuously improving onboarding templates and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of account management or client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with strong organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and build strong cross-organization relationships.
• Own end-to-end onboarding checklists for new accounts.
• Collect input, align timelines, and shape communication plans.
• Attend client and internal meetings to monitor status and priorities.
• Proactively gather information from internal and client teams.
• Track deadlines, update plans, and escalate issues with clear asks.
