Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to serve as the technical bridge across our autonomous delivery ecosystem. You will design and deliver APIs, webhooks, event-driven workflows, and partner integrations that enable autonomous deliveries to flow from a retailer's order management system through final customer fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in pushing production backend systems.
• 2 years of experience owning integrations end to end with customers.
• Proficiency in API design and event-driven architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, JavaScript and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical partnership end to end: discovery, solution design, implementation, launch and ongoing support.
• Define integration requirements and API specifications with retailer tech teams and partners.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues in production and during delivery.
• Be the primary technical point of contact for all integration-related activities.

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to serve as the technical bridge across our autonomous delivery ecosystem. In this role, you will design and deliver APIs, webhooks, event-driven workflows, and partner integrations that enable autonomous deliveries to seamlessly flow from a retailer's order management system through final customer fulfillment.

This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing engineering position. You will work directly with retailer technology teams, fleet operators, and strategic platform partners to define integration requirements, establish API specifications, and troubleshoot complex issues throughout implementation and production operations.

You will own the technical partnership from end to end, including discovery, solution design, implementation, launch, and ongoing support. While the Business Development team manages the commercial relationship, you will act as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for all integration-related activities.
