MaintainX is seeking a Manager, Integration Delivery - Professional Services to lead a team of integration consultants delivering client-facing integration solutions. You will guide multi-project delivery, ensure best practices, and partner with sales and delivery leadership to optimize scope and outcomes.

You will mentor teams, manage capacity, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high client satisfaction across engagements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery.
• 2+ years managing or leading a team of consultants.
• Experience integrating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with integration platforms and concepts (APIs, middleware, iPaaS like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Understanding of professional services delivery models and metrics (utilization, billable hours, CSAT).
• Proficient with Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants delivering implementations and configurations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance across multiple client projects.
• Ensure consistent application of delivery methodologies and documentation standards.
• Serve as senior escalation point for client and internal delivery issues.
• Collaborate with solution consultants to align deliverables with design.
• Monitor utilization, productivity, and consultant development; plan capacity.
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
• Partner with sales and delivery leaders on scoping and pre-sales activities.
• Support QA and post-implementation reviews for improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across tools and processes.
