MaintainX is hiring a Manager of Integrations Delivery to lead a consulting team delivering ERP integrations and configuration across multi-client projects. You will drive delivery excellence, partner with sales, and mentor consultants in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in professional services, 2+ years in leadership, ERP integration experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/MS Dynamics), and familiarity with APIs and iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery.
• 2+ years leading a team of consultants.
• Experience integrating ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics).
• Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo).
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Solid understanding of delivery models, metrics (utilization, hours, CSAT).
• Proficient with Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants delivering implementations and configurations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client projects and workstreams.
• Ensure delivery methodologies and documentation standards are consistently applied.
• Serve as senior escalation point for client and internal delivery issues.
• Partner with solution consultants to align deliverables with design.
• Monitor utilization, productivity, and career development of staff.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership on scoping and pre-sales.
• Support QA and post-implementation reviews to identify improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across tools and processes.
