Job summary

Benefitfocus, Inc., a Voya company, seeks a Sr Integration Consultant for file implementations to drive client integrations and cross-functional delivery. You will coordinate projects, ensure quality, and lead production deployments while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role is based near Charleston, SC, with onsite presence up to two days per week to support team and priorities. Ideal candidates have extensive IT/implementation experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of IT experience with leadership in technical and business analysis.
• Five or more years in implementation, EDI, payroll integration, or systems integration.
• Experience managing complex client implementations and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong understanding of EDI, eligibility files, carrier integrations, SFTP, and benefits administration platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, project reporting, and portfolio management tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of EDI/file implementation projects from initiation through production deployment.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, carriers, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project health, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and target go-live dates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and client-impacting issues.
• Lead status meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Review requirements, file specifications, mapping documents, and implementation deliverables.
