Job summary

Benefit Harbor LP is seeking an EDI Analyst I or II to support the implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of EDI files between Benefit Harbor, carriers, clients, and client payroll teams. The role ensures timely enrollment and benefits data exchanges and supports data quality and client satisfaction.

The analyst will coordinate file implementations, investigate data transfer issues, maintain technical documentation, and perform quality audits.

Qualifications

• Experience with data file implementations and data validation.
• Experience with data transfers, audits, and QA activities.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily data transfers and ensure timely transmission.
• Coordinate new EDI file implementations and updates.
• Investigate data transfer issues and drive resolution.
• Perform enrollment audits and data validation.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and SOC 2 compliant records.
