The role is based near Charleston, SC, with onsite presence up to two days per week to support team and priorities. Ideal candidates have extensive IT/implementation experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of IT experience with leadership in technical and business analysis.
• Five or more years in implementation, EDI, payroll integration, or systems integration.
• Experience managing complex client implementations and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong understanding of EDI, eligibility files, carrier integrations, SFTP, and benefits administration platforms.

This role manages a portfolio of implementation work, coordinates cross-functional resources, supports client delivery activities, and ensures projects are completed on time and within established quality standards.
