Job summary

Tecolote is seeking a mid-to-senior level scheduler to support Naval Surface Warfare Center – Dahlgren Division work. The role emphasizes developing and presenting integrated schedules, performing risk assessments, and evaluating progress against plans, with collaboration across government and contractor teams.

The ideal candidate has four or more years in schedule management, strong MS Project skills, and a solid understanding of DoD development processes.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in schedule development, analysis, integration, and management (milestones, tasks, duration, linkages, resources).
• Experience with MS Project, Project Server, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of critical path, schedule quality, and execution metrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule analysis for NSWCDD work.
• Plan, develop, maintain, analyze and present integrated project schedules.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments, variance analysis, and progress evaluation against plans.
