Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Sr Staff, Integrated Program Planner in Huntsville, AL to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that reflect contractual scope and resources. You will interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management to ensure schedule integrity and alignment with program strategy.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years of planning experience, strong proficiency with MS Project/Open Plan/Primavera, and experience with Earned Value Management and

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of program planning experience.
• Strong experience with a program planning tool (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera).
• Experience briefing internal and external customers on complex issues.
• Experience with DCMA DECM or schedule compliance metrics.
• Experience resource loading schedule and Earned Value Management.
• Experience developing an integrated master schedule with IMP, SOW and WBS traceability.
• U.S. citizenship required for program access.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) reflecting contractual scope and resources.
• Maintain IMS/IMP integration across schedules and program artifacts.
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses.
• Provide planning support to Production Operations and Master Program Scheduler; ensure schedule accuracy.
• Generate IMS reports and metrics; present schedule information to customers.
