Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a senior F-35 Program Schedule Manager to lead scheduling for the program, ensuring milestones are met and risks mitigated. You will guide the team, collaborate with DoD stakeholders, and optimize resource alignment across requirements, budget, and staffing constraints.

You will apply DoD policy knowledge and advanced scheduling tools to maintain integrated master schedules, supporting program success and client mission objectives in a highly visible environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting a program office such as the DoD acquisition program office.
• Experience with DoD aviation acquisition or modernization programs.
• Knowledge of DoD 5000 series policies, procedures, and processes.
• Knowledge of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office suite and Deltek Open Plan.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scheduling efforts for the F-35 program and maintain program schedules.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and leadership to align requirements and staffing.
• Navigate budget constraints and contractual considerations while guiding program objectives.
