Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of planning or scheduling experience.
• Experience with Open Plan / MS Project and networked, resource loaded schedules.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost/schedule integration.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules validating flow, budget and resources.
• Interface with program management and customer as scheduling integrator.
• Provide time‑phased critical path analysis and risk/opportunity planning.
• Coordinate cost, schedule and technical performance across functions.
