Basis seeks a seasoned Integrated Client Solutions professional to partner with research, strategy, and analytics teams to design and present integrated media recommendations for diverse client campaigns.

You will mentor junior planners, stay ahead of the digital media landscape, and ensure campaigns meet budgets and KPI targets through collaboration with VP, Directors, and client teams.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in digital media buying/planning or equivalent.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Strong understanding of programmatic media and RTB.
• Proficiency with media planning tools and syndicated research.

Responsabilités

• Develop and present integrated media recommendations with research/strategy teams.
• Stay current on the digital media landscape and Basis products.
• Collaborate with analytics to align strategies with KPIs and business goals.
• Mentor junior planners and share insights with clients.
