Job summary

CACI is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Program and Regional Leadership and project teams. You will develop and maintain schedules, coordinate activities across departments, and ensure communications stay clear and timely.

You will organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, track milestones, and keep robust documentation in ServiceNow and other tools to keep programs on schedule. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7+ years of experience, and a TS/SCI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of work related experience.
  • TS/SCI with Poly required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in Service Now Project and Portfolio Management and Microsoft Project.

  • Support the development of project integrated master schedules, reports and presentations.
  • Identify and escalate potential scheduling conflicts or delays.

The Opportunity

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,200
