Job summary

QinetiQ US in Chantilly, VA seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Space Development Agency (SDA). The role requires creating and maintaining government IMS, performing CPM/SRA analyses, and ensuring on-time delivery of ground system software/hardware.

You will work with contractors and government stakeholders, apply Earned Value Management principles, and bring TS/SCI clearance to a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience building and revising Integrated Master Schedules.
• 7+ years developing integrated master schedules with Microsoft Project.
• 7+ years project management experience.
• Prior experience supporting space system or major defense acquisition programs.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced organization.
• Understanding of CPM, SRA, and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
• TS with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, review, and consolidate schedules with contractors and government.
• Coordinate schedule inputs to maintain a government IMS.
• Conduct CPM analyses and SRAs to identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain updates for scheduling and provide ground segment updates.
• Identify conflicts, critical paths, and risks; present to leadership.
• Perform configuration management as directed by the government.
• Work with contractor counterparts to facilitate distribution and feedback.
• Develop briefing material and external schedule products.
• Support product managers and cross-functional teams with stakeholders.
• Provide general SDA support (meetings and briefings).
