Job summary

DCS Corporation seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to support the C3BM division at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA. Hybrid work options may be available with access to government networks and facilities several times weekly.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance and US citizenship, with strong experience in IMS/IMP, WBS, and schedule management across DoD programs. You will produce IMS artifacts and advise on schedule risks.

Qualifications

• Must have U.S. citizenship.
• Must maintain a Top-Secret level clearance and SCI eligibility.
• High School Diploma plus 16 years of experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience in DoD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain IMS/IMP and WBS across programs.
• Produce Gantt charts and network diagrams for government/contractor use.
• Provide integrated schedule management support to system acquisition processes.
• Coordinate schedule activities among PMO, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Communicate schedule objectives, risks, and status to leadership and teams.
• Advise on schedule feasibility and risks for proposals.
