Job summary

SAIC's Horizon 2 program in El Segundo, CA seeks a Senior Program Schedule Lead to manage an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a portfolio of high-visibility DoD programs. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with major milestones and reviews.

You will develop, analyze, and coordinate schedules, perform critical path analysis, and brief senior DoD leaders. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in government scheduling and MS Project proficiency are required; SCI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in math, engineering, business or sciences.
• Expert-level scheduling with 10+ years in government/FFRDC/government support.
• Organized, detailed-oriented with strong MS Project and MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of quantitative techniques to analyze scheduling data and brief DoD leadership.
• Able to work independently and in teams on time-sensitive tasks.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication for technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have in-scope security background investigation (T5/SSBI) and SCI eligibility; Continuous Evaluation participation if applicable.
• Willing to be nominated for access to SAP and polygraph examination.

Responsibilities

• Develop an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to track milestones and deliverables.
• Integrate diverse schedules into a single IMS using Microsoft Project.
• Provide schedule/Predictive analysis and brief leadership on risks and changes.
