Apple Ads is seeking a strategic, senior-level storyteller to lead the Integrated Communications function within Customer Engagement Marketing. This leader will mentor a team of writers and content marketers to translate customer insights into compelling stories across web, video, and events.

The person will shape campaigns, collaborate with product marketing and PR, and drive growth by turning customer journeys into influential narratives that engage advertisers and deepen loyalty.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in integrated communications, editorial/content strategy, or events content programming.
• Proven track record managing a team of marketers delivering customer advocacy programs, case studies, and campaigns.
• Portfolio of multi-format work (video, live events, and keynote content) showing range and quality.
• Strong writing and editing craft with ability to translate insight into narrative across formats.
• Ability to build new programs from the ground up and manage ambiguity.
