Job summary

Nebius is seeking an experienced integrated campaigns marketer to turn audience insights into campaigns that grow brand awareness, reach the right customers, and generate qualified demand.

You will own the strategy and execution of city-specific campaigns, major events campaigns, and evergreen campaigns tying a defined persona to Nebius solutions. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role with cross‑functional leadership across marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading integrated campaigns, demand generation, or ABM at scale.
• Proven ability to own multi-channel campaigns and measure outcomes.
• Strong audience research, messaging, and activation across digital and physical channels.
• Experience working with agencies and partners to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Own local and evergreen city-specific campaigns with integrated plans.
• Lead major events campaigns and partner activations from brief to measurement.
• Develop persona-based campaigns around Nebius solutions and hardware use cases.
• Define objectives, journeys, channels, budgets, and timelines; manage dependencies.
• Align cross-functional teams around a single plan and drive performance through data and AI.
