Nebius is seeking an experienced integrated campaigns marketer to own city-specific campaigns and major events, turning audience insight into demand. This senior individual contributor will lead cross‑functional teams and agencies, with opportunities to grow into a team lead as the function evolves.

The role emphasizes building evergreen and solution campaigns, defining objectives, journeys, and measurement, and using AI to scale campaigns across digital and physical channels.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in integrated campaigns, demand generation, or ABM.
• Hands-on ownership of multi-channel programs at scale.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and agencies without direct line authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own local city-specific campaigns and evergreen campaigns; translate insights into integrated plans.
• Lead events-driven campaigns before, during, and after major events; coordinate with Events and partners.
• Develop evergreen and solution campaigns aligned to personas and Nebius solutions; tailor messages and channels.
• Define objectives, journeys, channels, budgets, and timelines; manage dependencies and agency briefs.
• Align Product Marketing, Brand/Creative, Content, Digital, Events, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Ops around one plan.
• Activate partners and manage agencies/vendors to deliver quality results and spend within budget.
• Define measurement and attribution; assess awareness, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
