Expedia Group is hiring a Senior Operations Specialist for its Global InsurTech team. You will own day-to-day operation health of insurance supply partner relationships and drive resolution across finance, product, and customer service to ensure high performance.

Role requires 3–5 years in operations or related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and data‑driven decision making. This is a high‑impact, cross‑functional position based in the U.S. with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, account management, program management, or analyst role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree or equivalent a plus.
• Proficiency in English required; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the day-to-day operational health of assigned insurance supply partner relationships.
• Lead regular business reviews (weekly partner calls, MBRs, QBRs) with synthesis of updates and actions.
• Oversee reconciliation, including booking data, supplier payments, and invoice management.
• Troubleshoot technical, connectivity, and compliance issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs (NPS, attach rates, claims, profitability) and translate findings into actions.
