Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist in InsurTech to manage insurance partner relationships and drive operational excellence. You will own day-to-day health, coordinate business reviews, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations or account management, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational health of insurance partner relationships.
• Lead regular business reviews (weekly calls, MBRs, QBRs) with stakeholders.
• Oversee financial reconciliation: booking data, supplier payments, invoices.
• Troubleshoot technical, connectivity, and compliance issues with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs (NPS, attach rates, claims, profitability) and translate to actions.
• Develop SOPs, SLAs, and dashboards focusing on automation and scalability.
• Act as liaison between field operations and leadership, flagging risks.
• Assist with licensing, reporting, and regulatory compliance across markets.
• Analyze large datasets to surface actionable insights for decision-making.
