Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Insurance industry experience
• Strong requirements gathering, decomposition, and documentation
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs
• Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and prioritization
• Strong SDLC understanding
• Experience supporting UAT and working with QA/testing teams
• Experience with SQL queries and data analysis
• Strong process mapping, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to independently lead projects and align stakeholders
