Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience, including policy, claims, underwriting, or billing domains.
• Experience leading large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, container platforms, and modern application architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architectures aligning business objectives with technology strategy.
