Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant consulting, architecture, or technology experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience delivering architecture deliverables for large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformations.
• Develop architecture artifacts, designs, and specs across policy admin, underwriting, claims, servicing, and data.
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Contribute to target-state architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and provide technology recommendations.
• Assist with integration architecture involving APIs, middleware, cloud services, and enterprise connectivity.
• Support data architecture activities including data migration, reporting, and analytics.
• Participate in architecture governance, reviews, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering to ensure designs are implemented and standards maintained.
• Stay updated on industry trends, cloud capabilities, and AI innovations.
